INTECS Outreach
INTECS Outreach (previously known as INTECS college visit), one of the highlights of the INTECS calander is one where the undergraduates from the faculty give back to the society by visiting schools across the country in hope of "Inspiring The Next Generation".
The main aim of the school visits is to help the Advanced Level ICT students as well as Ordinary Level ICT students to prepare for their G.C.E. examinations. This is done by the faculty undergraduates with the conducting Lab Sessions, Revision Sessions and Theory Sessions depending on the request from the school children. With the number of volunteers from the faculty, individual attention is given to the ICT students to help them overcome any academic hurdle they face.
In addition to this, a Motivational Session targeted at all the Advanced Level students in general, increases the students focus towards passing their examinations and entering a University. The success of the entire event is measured by the numerous feedback that is received from the students.

INTECS Tech Talk
What better way to learn new technologies than to learn from your own seniors? INTECS Tech Talk is a program that ensures the undergraduates of the IT Faculty are well equipped with latest technologies and trends. Highlighting the brotherhood among batches, INTECS cordinates seniors to conduct tech sessions for the junior batches to give them a kick start into the latest technologies. 2016/2017 saw sessions ranging from Spring MVC to Angular JS to Android with much more to come.

Industry Sessions
In keeping with the latest trends and technologies, INTECS also invites companies from the Software Industry to conduct tech sessions as well as soft skill development sessions for the students of the IT faculty. This ensures that the IT faculty produces the best and most sought after graduates within the industry.
In addition, sessions like the "Google Summer of Code Awareness Session" and "Hackathon Awareness Session" are organized each year to motivate the students to step out into the world to improve their skills while building up reputation and gaining experience.
